Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide a positive, friendly experience
- answer customer questions about services, wash options, and memberships
- promote unlimited wash memberships and other offerings
- educate customers on wash packages and services
- observe customer interactions to enhance service
- direct vehicles safely into the wash tunnel
- prepare vehicles by checking for loose items
- monitor equipment for malfunctions
- enforce all safety protocols
- assist in resolving operational issues
- perform opening and closing procedures
- lead team during shifts
- delegate tasks to team members
- monitor team performance and provide feedback
- handle unexpected challenges or staff issues
- inspect vehicles before and after wash
- uphold quality standards and Sparkle Assurance
- report equipment or operational issues
- provide feedback to maintain wash quality
