Barista Duties & Responsibilities

  • Craft and serve high-quality coffee drinks consistently, adhering to established recipes and standards
  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, offering recommendations and answering inquiries about coffee selections
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area, including equipment, tools and serving stations
  • Continuously expand knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods and flavor profiles to effectively communicate with customers and enhance their experience
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups and other supplies, and notifying management when replenishment is needed
  • Collaborate with the team to create and implement promotional strategies

Barista Experience Requirements & Skills
