Job Description
Primrose School of Denver North is a distinguished early childhood education center dedicated to nurturing and inspiring young minds through a holistic approach to learning. Unlike traditional daycare facilities, Primrose School of Denver North emphasizes the importance of early development, combining education with care to foster a passion for learning in children from their earliest years. The school is known for its supportive, caring community and its commitment to health, safety, and excellence in every aspect of its program. This welcoming environment encourages work-life balance and offers opportunities for staff to engage in meaningful community and charity events, cultivating a positive and fulfilling workplace culture. The school values collaboration, attention to detail, and a dedication to creating a joyful atmosphere where children and staff alike can thrive.
As the Food Service Teacher (School Chef) at Primrose School of Denver North, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of young children by preparing nutritious, delicious meals that fuel their daily learning and exploration. This position goes beyond cooking — it involves creating healthy and enjoyable mealtime experiences tailored to meet the developmental needs of each child. You will ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, carefully managing dietary restrictions and allergies with precision and care. Your expertise in menu planning, food ordering, and kitchen management will help maintain an efficient and clean kitchen environment that supports the wider educational goals of the school. Collaboration with the school leadership and teaching teams will be integral to promoting overall child well-being and contributing to a positive school culture. This role is ideal for someone passionate about nutrition, child health, and making a meaningful impact in an early learning setting. By joining Primrose School of Denver North, you have the opportunity to shape healthy habits, nourish growing minds, and build big dreams, all while being part of a supportive and joyful community dedicated to excellence in early childhood education.
