Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Legally authorized to work in the US
Pass all airport and TSA background checks
Ability to work flexible shift schedules including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Exceptional communication skills
Prior experience in premium customer service

Job Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in premium customer service roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Knowledge of airline lounge services and premium hospitality
Proficient in handling customer inquiries and problem resolution
Legal authorization to work in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Warmly greet guests upon arrival
Verify lounge access credentials
Assist guests with travel-related inquiries such as re-bookings and seat changes
Maintain the lounge's presentation and cleanliness
Provide expert knowledge on Alaska Airlines premium products
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with all TSA and airport security regulations
