Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent culinary technique driven experience
- 1-2 years experience as a culinary instructor
- 3-4 years of kitchen management experience
- Valid Food Manager Certification
- Proven sales achievement and team motivation track record
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for community engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team to meet culinary and retail business needs
- Lead, coach, and inspire associates to exceed performance expectations and uphold a positive team culture
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and create development plans
- Create a welcoming and inspiring environment to enhance customer loyalty
- Ensure outstanding cooking class experiences by following recipes and holding employees accountable
- Work with store leadership to increase foot traffic and engagement through classes and events
- Drive sales growth by developing and implementing culinary business strategies
- Analyze performance metrics daily and optimize store performance
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food sanitation regulations
- Maintain inventory accuracy and control culinary expenses
- Handle and enforce regulations related to liquor, wine, and beer sales
- Address customer feedback to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
- Communicate policies and SOPs effectively to associates
