Job Duties
- support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need
- keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice
- maintain a clean and organized bar area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils
- collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly
- work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe environment
