Job Description

Dimension Hospitality is a dynamic and rapidly growing hospitality company dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences through a blend of culinary excellence and outstanding service. Known for its innovative approach and commitment to quality, Dimension Hospitality operates a variety of high-volume hotels and restaurants where the focus remains on creating memorable moments for guests. The company fosters a culture of teamwork, creativity, and professional growth, making it a sought-after employer in the hospitality industry. By emphasizing consistent standards, employee development, and guest satisfaction, Dimension Hospitality continually sets new benchmarks for culinary and service excellence in the competitive food service market.

The Executive Sous Chef role at Dimension Hospitality is a pivotal leadership position that requires not only culinary expertise but also management acumen and a passion for team development. As the Executive Sous Chef, you will oversee the daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets and events, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. This role demands a hands-on leader who is service-driven and comfortable managing the intricate flow of a busy kitchen. You will lead line execution, prep, and production during peak service times while also taking responsibility for food cost control, inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

Your leadership style will be crucial in building a motivated and skilled culinary team—providing training, coaching, and supervision to cultivate an environment where accountability and pride in work flourish. Acting as a key second-in-command to the Executive Chef, you will step in confidently when needed, maintaining the smooth operation of the kitchen and the satisfaction of guests. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who thrives on consistency but also embraces creativity and collaboration within a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.

Dimension Hospitality offers a supportive workplace where benefits are designed to enhance life both in and out of the kitchen. With access to robust culinary leadership and opportunities for career advancement, you will be empowered to grow as a chef and leader. The company’s culture celebrates the art and craft of cooking while recognizing that the best kitchens are built by great people working together. Joining Dimension Hospitality means contributing to a team that is passionate about food, committed to excellence, and dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences one plate at a time.
