- Proven experience as an executive sous chef or sous chef in a high-volume hotel or restaurant
- Strong culinary fundamentals with a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to lead and train culinary teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm during busy services
- Flexibility to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards

Job Duties
- Support daily kitchen operations across all outlets and events
- Lead line execution, prep, and production during service periods
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet brand standards
- Train, coach, and supervise culinary team members
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Enforce sanitation, food safety, and health compliance standards
- Step in for the Executive Chef as needed with confidence and command
- Be present in the kitchen, on the line, and with your team
