Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food preparation or culinary roles preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physically demanding tasks
Good communication skills and teamwork orientation

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food handling standards
Proven culinary experience in takeaway restaurants, in a pizza restaurant, showcasing strong cooking skills would be a plus
Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and meal assembly techniques
Skilled in dough handling, food safety protocols, and general kitchen operations
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively with colleagues

Job Duties

Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care
Cook pizzas to perfection using various methods, ensuring quality and consistency
Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza recipes and flavor combinations
Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout all food preparation processes
Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure freshness and safety
Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently managing meal preparation and cooking tasks
Serve pizzas promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our restaurant's reputation for excellence
