Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including peak times
  • Ability to follow recipes and standard kitchen procedures
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications as per local, state, and federal regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No prior sauté or professional kitchen experience required
  • Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Dependable with a positive attitude
  • Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Must be at least 16 years old

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
  • Ensure each dish is made with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation
  • Follow recipes, prep guides, and standard procedures accurately
  • Learn and refine kitchen and sauté skills through hands-on training
  • Maintain pace during peak hours and support smooth kitchen flow
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where communication matters
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively to help meet guest expectations during busy shifts
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam
  • Use kitchen tools, timers, and basic systems as part of daily routines
  • Keep the restaurant clean and organized while following food safety and sanitation standards
  • Bring dependability, positivity, and a supportive attitude to every shift
  • Meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks
