Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or related field
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • team leadership capability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or car wash operations preferred
  • leadership or team supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • knowledge of safety protocols and operational procedures

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and provide a positive, friendly experience
  • answer customer questions about services, wash options, and memberships
  • promote unlimited wash memberships and other offerings
  • educate customers on wash packages and services
  • observe customer interactions to enhance service
  • direct vehicles safely into the wash tunnel
  • prepare vehicles by checking for loose items
  • monitor equipment for malfunctions
  • enforce all safety protocols
  • assist in resolving operational issues
  • perform opening and closing procedures
  • lead team during shifts
  • delegate tasks to team members
  • monitor team performance and provide feedback
  • handle unexpected challenges or staff issues
  • inspect vehicles before and after wash
  • uphold quality standards and Sparkle Assurance
  • report equipment or operational issues
  • provide feedback to maintain wash quality
  • identify process improvements to exceed customer expectations
