HHM Hotels also outlines a clear growth path within the housekeeping department, with progression opportunities from Housekeeper to Cleaning Supervisor, Assistant Housekeeping Manager, and eventually Housekeeping Manager. The role requires flexibility, as work schedules may vary and include holidays and weekends, and the physical demands involve standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting up to 20 pounds, and using cleaning chemicals safely.
Working at HHM Hotels comes with numerous benefits that support employee health, wellness, and financial security. These include competitive wages for full-time and part-time positions, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, employer contributions to 401(k) retirement plans, basic life insurance, travel discounts, transportation and suburban parking benefits, an Employee Assistance and Wellness Program, educational and professional development opportunities, and an employee referral bonus program.
