The role of Apartment Make Ready Technician at AMLI Residential is a vital position that ensures vacated apartments are restored to a move-in ready condition promptly and efficiently. This technician is responsible for inspecting apartments after residents move out, diagnosing any maintenance issues, and performing a variety of repairs across multiple trades including drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance. The technician also plays an essential role in maintaining the property's overall appearance and functionality by sharing cleaning and groundskeeping duties, and participating in an on-call rotation to address urgent maintenance needs as they arise.
