Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a personal vehicle
- Able to work flexible shifts Monday to Friday 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until finished
- Good work ethic and enjoy serving people
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Future-focused mindset with leadership potential
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cleaning or related fields encouraged
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work flexible shifts Monday through Friday
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Job Duties
- Perform residential cleaning services including routine maintenance and deep cleaning
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail in every home
- Travel to client locations using personal vehicle
- Follow safety and company procedures while using cleaning supplies and equipment
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Report any maintenance issues or client concerns to management
