Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Four to ten years’ hospitality experience
  • Three to five years’ experience in supervisory or management roles
  • Current Food Handlers Card
  • TIPS® Certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Knowledge of restaurant database software preferred
  • Understanding of county regulations
  • Ability to apply BSRG dining standards
  • Knowledge of financial forecasting and budget management
  • Ability to analyze food service industry literature
  • Familiarity with standardized recipe formats
  • Strong problem-solving and report writing abilities
  • Skills in strategic planning, change management, delegation, and employee development
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and punctuality
  • Good judgment and initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license required

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to understand standardized recipe formats
  • Strong problem-solving and report writing skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and timeliness
  • Demonstrated initiative with sound judgment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Communicate the core values and mission to support company goals
  • Involved in key development initiatives relating to clubhouse and restaurant plans
  • Establish goals and processes for measuring sales, revenue, new projects, and business development
  • Provide strategic intelligence regarding all F&B initiatives including vision, business planning, capital expansion, branding, menu/restaurant and clubhouse design
  • Ensure superior standards of food service and quality are met or exceeded
  • Maintain effective communication regarding F&B operations, safety, and employee concerns
  • Coordinate with F&B Manager and Club Manager to create budget and goals
  • Monitor performance of F&B operations to evaluate and adjust strategies
  • Oversee costs of goods, labor, and general expenses
  • Create operational reports as requested
  • Perform other duties as assigned
