Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- ability to work flexible shifts Monday through Friday 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until finished
- own a valid driver's license
- have access to a reliable vehicle
- demonstrate good work ethic and dedication
- meticulous attention to detail
- willingness to grow and develop leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is a plus
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
- good communication skills
- dependable and punctual
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Job Duties
- Clean homes thoroughly and efficiently
- follow company cleaning protocols and safety standards
- provide exceptional customer service and address client needs
