QDOBA is currently hiring for the position of Catering Delivery Driver at its Centennial, Colorado location. This role offers an hourly pay range of $14.81 to $18.42 dependent on location and position within the restaurant team. Employment in this role involves representing the QDOBA brand as the direct face of the company while delivering catering orders safely and efficiently to customers. The Delivery Driver will take pride in creating positive guest interactions by providing the highest level of hospitality and customer service. The Catering Delivery Driver will handle all aspects of delivering catering orders including verifying accuracy, safely loading and unloading products, and maintaining detailed delivery logs. This position requires strong organizational skills and reliability as timely delivery and order accuracy are crucial to customer satisfaction. Delivery drivers will need to use their personal vehicle—which must be well-maintained and insured—to ensure safe transportation of food items. Additionally, drivers must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and using a personal cell phone to track deliveries via an app or text communication in compliance with company safety policies.

Besides delivery duties, the Catering Delivery Driver may also assist with traditional Team Member responsibilities when not performing deliveries. These duties could include supporting restaurant operations wherever needed, contributing to a collaborative team spirit across all facets of guest service.
