Job Requirements
- Ability to work weekends is essential
- Must have 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner
- Must have strong communication skills and be detail oriented
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Experience managing vendors and coordinating events onsite
- Ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Customer service oriented approach to problem solving
Job Duties
- Attend final details call with clients to confirm logistics timeline and expectations
- Lead and facilitate ceremony rehearsal ensuring participants are confident with timing and cues
- Serve as primary advocate for the couple onsite maintaining a calm and solutions-focused presence
- Oversee ceremony and reception setup aligning with event design and execution playbook
- Manage full wedding day execution from vendor arrival through final breakdown
- Greet direct and act as main point of contact for all vendors
- Coordinate and assist with placement of personal and event details including escort cards menus table numbers favors guest book and decor elements
- Support wedding party and family members with guidance timing cues and day-of needs
- Ensure all end-of-event items are properly packed and accounted for
- Proactively manage and resolve any issues or last-minute changes
