Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in event coordination or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant software
- On-site presence required Monday through Thursday
- Availability for occasional weekends
- Standard working hours participation
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with commitment to high-quality events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or event management preferred
Job Duties
- Serve as main point of contact for clients
- Conduct client consultations to understand event needs and objectives
- Collaborate with clients to develop event concepts, themes, and agendas
- Coordinate all logistical aspects including venue setup, audiovisual needs, and catering
- Liaise with external vendors and supervise vendor performance
- Oversee on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Provide exceptional guest services and address attendee inquiries
- Assist with budget tracking and cost management
- Collect and analyze post-event feedback for improvements
