The role of On-Site Event Coordinator at BCD M&E is pivotal in ensuring the flawless execution of low-scope events at client on-campus event centers. This position requires a highly detail-oriented, customer-focused, and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating closely with clients and vendors to achieve event success. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and the event team while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented approach. On-site presence from Monday through Thursday is mandatory, with remote work on Fridays and occasional weekend commitments based on event requirements. Standard working hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a lunch break. Compensation for this role ranges from $28 to $32.50 per hour, depending on experience, location, and project needs.
