Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event production or related field preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in event production, festivals, concerts, street fairs, or similar environments strongly preferred
- Candidates with restaurant, hospitality, or other high-volume, fast-paced experience are encouraged to apply
- Comfortable performing physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move equipment typically up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive larger vehicles preferred
- Reliable transportation to various event sites throughout the Portland area
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to take on hands-on and physically demanding work
- Flexible and dependable, with availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Job Duties
- Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events at various locations throughout the Portland metro area
- Transport and organize event materials, equipment, and supplies
- Set up tents, tables, signage, and other production elements
- Load and unload trucks, including lifting and moving equipment and materials
- Drive large vehicles such as vans or small trucks between sites as needed
- Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth event operations
- Maintain organization and inventory of event equipment
- Support day-of logistics and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Ensure a safe, clean, and professional event environment
