Job Description
Porsche Beaverton, part of the Sunset Imports family, is a premier Porsche dealership serving the Beaverton, Portland, and surrounding metropolitan areas. Established in 1980, Porsche Beaverton has grown beyond the typical dealership experience by fostering a culture rooted in passion, integrity, and excellence. Committed to representing one of the world’s most iconic automotive brands, the company not only provides an exceptional buying and service experience to its diverse clientele but also nurtures a collaborative and high-performance work environment for its employees. As a key player within the luxury automotive market in the Portland area, Porsche Beaverton prioritizes teamwork, attention to detail, and continual growth, making it a standout employer for professionals seeking meaningful careers in the automotive retail industry.
We are currently seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to join our leadership team at Porsche Beaverton. This position offers a competitive salary range of $82,000 to $95,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. As an Executive Assistant, you will operate at a management level, supporting the General Manager who oversees multiple business units within the Sunset Imports group. This role requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, a high degree of accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in streamlining leadership coordination, managing complex schedules, and driving key administrative processes that uphold our standard of excellence. Acting as a critical liaison between the General Manager, internal teams, vendor partners, and clients, you will maintain visibility into active projects and business priorities to ensure timely execution and strategic alignment. Your role will extend across several Sunset Imports locations within the Portland metro area, including Beaverton and Portland’s Pearl District and Airport areas, requiring flexibility and a commitment to providing executive-level support wherever needed.
This position offers more than administrative duties; it is a pivotal leadership-support role that demands autonomy, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings with thorough preparation of agendas and materials, and providing day-to-day oversight for select support roles to reinforce service standards and accountability. Your ability to draft executive correspondence, manage multiple competing priorities with confidence, and anticipate leadership needs before they arise will be vital to our continued success.
At Porsche Beaverton, we recognize the value of our workforce and offer a collaborative environment where high performance is rewarded and individual contributions are recognized. Joining our team means you will gain direct exposure to executive leadership and business operations, providing a unique opportunity for professional growth and influence within the organization. We value diversity and inclusion, uphold a drug-free workplace policy, and require all employees to complete background and drug screening to ensure a safe and positive work environment. If you are looking to advance your career within a well-respected, established luxury automotive dealership that balances tradition with innovative service excellence, Porsche Beaverton is the place for you.
