The Event Planning Manager at Brasada Ranch plays an essential role within the resort’s dynamic events team. This full-time position is focused on orchestrating an array of group bookings, from corporate meetings to weddings and social events, ensuring that each event is executed flawlessly in alignment with client expectations. The manager acts as a bridge connecting the sales department with various resort units, facilitating clear communication of client needs throughout the planning and execution stages. Oversight involves managing logistical details such as meeting room setups, audio-visual requirements, catering selections, transportation, and scheduling activities to craft seamless event experiences amidst Brasada Ranch's natural splendor.

This role demands a meticulous approach as the Event Planning Manager takes ownership of assigned events, working collaboratively with the Director of Events and fellow team members to deliver outstanding results. The manager’s primary responsibility is to enforce contract terms effectively while ensuring client satisfaction from the initial booking through to final billing. The position requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, prompt problem-solving abilities during on-site events, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards for equipment and event spaces. Previous experience in conference services, wedding industries, or similar areas is preferred, as is familiarity with project management tools and software applications like MS Word, Excel, Delphi, and Springer Miller Systems. Experience working at luxury resorts or hotels with high service standards is highly valued.
