Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management Hospitality or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in event planning managing large-scale high-complexity events
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex event logistics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work on-site at client’s headquarters a minimum of four days per week
- Willingness to travel less than 25%
- Proactive leadership and mentoring skills

Job Duties
- Lead planning for high-complexity events ensuring all elements align with client vision and standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as catering production AV and logistics to create seamless event experiences
- Develop comprehensive event plans timelines and budgets identifying and addressing potential challenges
- Oversee event setup and logistics maintaining close communication with all stakeholders
- Serve as primary point of contact on-site handling unexpected challenges and making adjustments to meet client expectations
- Conduct thorough post-event evaluations including data entry and reporting
- Support event planning team with administrative duties such as meeting assignments and tracking team progress
- Mentor junior event planners sharing best practices and providing guidance for complex event scenarios
