Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management Hospitality or related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in event planning managing large-scale high-complexity events
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex event logistics
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work on-site at client’s headquarters a minimum of four days per week
  • Willingness to travel less than 25%
  • Proactive leadership and mentoring skills

Job Duties

  • Develop comprehensive event plans timelines and budgets identifying and addressing potential challenges
  • Oversee event setup and logistics maintaining close communication with all stakeholders
  • Serve as primary point of contact on-site handling unexpected challenges and making adjustments to meet client expectations
  • Conduct thorough post-event evaluations including data entry and reporting
  • Support event planning team with administrative duties such as meeting assignments and tracking team progress
  • Mentor junior event planners sharing best practices and providing guidance for complex event scenarios
