The position of Marketing Support Coordinator for the Oregon, Washington, and Idaho regions offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to EPP’s marketing goals by supporting the affiliated practices in these states. This role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including EPP’s Marketing Manager, doctors, Practice Administrators, and the Oregon Regional Director of Operations, to plan and organize diverse marketing campaigns across a vast range of mediums. This position includes traveling between various offices throughout the Oregon, Washington, and Idaho regions, making it dynamic and engaging. Ideal candidates for this role are organized, self-motivated, strategic in their thinking, and outgoing, capable of building relationships across different teams and stakeholders.

As a Marketing Support Coordinator, the individual will play a crucial role in strengthening the marketing strategies of several practices by focusing on referral marketing, event coordination, maintaining online presence, and managing both print and digital advertising efforts. Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of referral-driven marketing campaigns preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple practice projects simultaneously

  • Knowledge of Google My Business and Google AdWords
  • Occasional travel up to 25%
  • Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience

  • Experience with CRM systems a plus
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times

Job Duties

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with doctors, practice employees, and corporate staff
  • Organize and support referral marketing strategies for each EPP practice in Oregon/Washington/Idaho
  • Produce and analyze reports for trend analysis, campaign effectiveness, and developing strategic marketing plans
  • Supply curated referral gift options for each of EPP’s partners on a quarterly basis
  • Coordinate local events to promote practices
  • Responsible for ordering branded marketing items based on practice needs
  • Provide monthly budget updates to corporate marketing team, doctors, and key practice employees
  • Oversee print, web advertisements, and sponsorships for practices
  • Manage online presence for each EPP practice in Oregon/Washington/Idaho
  • Manage website updates
