This management role focuses on ensuring guest and employee safety, maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards, managing equipment safety and repairs, driving sales and profitability, controlling costs, optimizing employee retention, and elevating guest service satisfaction. As a Waterpark Manager, you will supervise and guide waterpark associates through recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions aligned with company policies and applicable laws.

The Waterpark Manager role offers hourly management employment with competitive benefits and abundant career advancement opportunities within the Kalahari family.

Emphasizing leadership with empathy, this role is essential to uphold and amplify Kalahari Resorts’ reputation as an award-winning, guest-centric resort. Recognitions from Forbes as one of America’s Best Midsize Employers and America’s Best Employers for Women, combined with USA TODAY’s No.1 Best Indoor Water Park distinction, highlight the company’s commitment to employee well-being, diversity, inclusion, and superior guest experiences.
