Job Requirements
- Prior experience working with Hilton
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management
- Minimum 2 years in a senior leadership role
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction targets
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, P&L analysis, and forecasting
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B
- Familiarity with property management systems such as Opera, Maestro, or similar
