Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel front office or guest services management
  • Proficiency in hotel management software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
