The Regional Director of Operations leads with a focus on fostering a positive, guest-centered culture while driving financial performance through effective cost control and budget management. This individual plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with brand standards and franchise procedures, maintaining property conditions, and advancing risk management programs. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with sales and marketing teams to understand competitive dynamics and capitalize on market opportunities.

This is a full-time position requiring extensive travel within the Central and Eastern US Region, reflecting the hands-on, on-the-road nature of the job. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in multi-brand hotel operations, a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Hospitality or Hotel Management, and strong technical skills. Effective communication, financial acumen, and the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams are essential for success. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel service with multiple brands
  • Ability to travel extensively within Central and Eastern US
  • Strong knowledge of economy hotel brands and future standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Competency in Word and Excel
  • Full-time availability

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Guide and direct hotel management in development and financial aspects of services
  • Review individual hotel performances and implement improvements
  • Identify opportunities for operational re-engineering

  • Work with General Managers to manage key property issues
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and implement new initiatives
