This role is for a front-of-house coordinator who serves as a vital point of contact for clients, vendors, and meeting planners. With an hourly rate of 27.80 dollars, this position involves handling a wide array of communication responsibilities, including responding to inquiries via phone and email, and assisting managers or supervisors by making calls to designated contacts. The role further includes designing and confirming room layouts for special events, managing billing details such as proposals, costing, banquet event orders, and deposit handling. The position demands a commitment to company policy adherence, professional appearance, and confidentiality. Front-facing responsibilities include welcoming guests, anticipating needs, responding professionally on the phone, and participating actively in team goals. Flexibility with work hours—especially evenings, weekends, and holidays—is also necessary. Beyond routine duties, the successful candidate will also engage in special tasks as assigned by supervisors, offering critical support to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Working at Hyatt Vacation Ownership offers unique benefits such as free on-site parking, uniform laundering, stipends for work shoes and cell phones, and complimentary meals during shifts. The company also celebrates employee achievements through departmental celebrations, associate appreciation weeks, and reward programs, encouraging a positive and supportive work environment. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals who thrive in dynamic, guest-focused hospitality environments and are eager to contribute to a renowned brand's continued success.
