The Senior Learning & Development Coordinator plays a crucial role within the Learning and Development team at Cornerstone Research. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive coordination support for various learning programs, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication. The coordinator manages scheduling for multiple events including new consultant orientations and cohort-based training programs for Analysts, Associates, Managers, and Principals. Responsibilities include preparing event agendas, tracking attendance and collecting feedback to assess program effectiveness, administering talent systems such as Learning Management Systems, Performance Management, and 360 Assessment tools, as well as updating the company’s SharePoint intranet sites.
Beyond operational duties, the coordinator supports various learning initiatives throughout the year, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum of 2 years experience in learning and development coordination or related field
- strong attention to detail
- excellent time management skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Job Duties
- Coordinates and executes scheduling logistics for learning programs and events including new consultant orientation and onboarding programs
- schedules sessions and coordinates with participants and faculty
- helps prepare event schedules and agendas
- drafts and sends communications regarding programs
- collects participant attendance and feedback details
- serves as session host including managing breakout rooms and other logistics
- uploads content to the learning management system
- provides logistical support for on-site events including lodging, meal-planning, invoicing, and AV coordination
- responds to learning and development inquiries or forwards to appropriate team members
