The role of Wine Sales & Event Coordinator at Casa de Fruta is an exciting opportunity for motivated and experienced professionals passionate about wine and event management. This part-time position is central to overseeing the wine club and tasting operations, with a focus on member engagement, hospitality excellence, revenue growth, and representing the brand's reputation. The coordinator will manage all facets of the wine club, including member acquisition and retention, wine shipment handling, and serving as the primary contact for members. Hosting and managing wine tasting events and exclusive club happenings will be a significant aspect of the role, alongside ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to alcohol service.
Further responsibilities include developing and delivering training programs for Wine Stewards, providing coaching and fostering a high standard of guest experience. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wine club management, tasting room management, hospitality management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of wine, wine service, and direct-to-consumer sales
- Proven experience managing events and member or guest-focused programs
- Ability to train, coach, and influence team members without direct supervisory authority
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset and passion for hospitality
- Wine certifications such as WSET or CMS preferred
- Experience with DTC and compliance software is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee wine club management including member acquisition, retention, fulfillment, and communications
- Manage day-to-day wine tasting operations ensuring guest service and brand consistency
- Plan, coordinate, and execute wine club and tasting events including member-exclusive and public tastings
- Develop and deliver training programs for Wine Stewards focusing on wine knowledge and sales techniques
- Track and analyze wine club, tasting room, and event performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align promotions and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal alcohol service regulations
