The position involves a broad range of responsibilities centered on discovery, coordination, and talent management across multiple content initiatives. You will develop and maintain intricate tracking systems for upcoming cultural and sports-related content, keep detailed records of significant entertainment events such as film, TV, book releases, sporting events, and award shows, and support the logistical execution of onsite guest appearances. Working closely with various show teams, producers, and managers, you will ensure that every talent booking and content opportunity aligns with programming goals and runs smoothly.
Additionally, you will serve as a crucial liaison between the Talent Relations team and the legal department, maintaining meticulous communication and document management to facilitate efficient collaboration. The role demands a highly organized individual who can juggle multiple projects, maintain comprehensive calendars for performance review check-ins, and continuously update talent lists based on thorough research.
An ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience within media, entertainment, or the sports industry and exhibit a genuine passion for culture, film, television, sports, and music. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential, along with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within diverse teams. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring adaptability, initiative, and a proactive mindset. The role also requires occasional travel and onsite presence for tapings as needed.

Job Duties
