Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year or more management experience
- 2 years or more banquet captain experience
- knowledge of food and beverage industry
- knowledge of event planning and execution
- proficiency in MS Office suite
- experience with POS register systems
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and move for extended periods

- broad event planning and execution experience
- proficiency in MS Office and database software
