The role of Event Operations Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a dynamic and exciting career opportunity that blends excellent organizational abilities with outstanding people skills. The Event Operations Manager leads a team of Event Hosts to ensure every event runs smoothly and that clients and guests are kept delighted from start to finish. Reporting directly to the center’s General Manager, the Event Operations Manager takes charge of managing special events, coordinating logistics, and delivering exceptional guest service.

As the Event Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary host who brings the party to life. Your responsibilities encompass managing the event staff, overseeing event setup, collaborating with sales and operations teams to deliver flawless event experiences, and fostering strong relationships with clients to exceed their expectations. You will utilize guest feedback and event reports to drive continuous improvement, while also managing staff schedules and performance according to company policies. This role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours, reflecting the nature of the entertainment business.

This position offers a competitive pay range of $25.00 - $30.00 per hour plus commission on extension sales and lane reservations, with eligibility for a quarterly incentive bonus of $1500 based on group and lane Net Promoter Score performance. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year or more management experience
  • 2 years or more banquet captain experience
  • knowledge of food and beverage industry
  • knowledge of event planning and execution
  • proficiency in MS Office suite
  • experience with POS register systems
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • knowledge of food and beverage industry
