The Marketing & Fan Engagement Coordinator role at Fresno State Athletic Corporation is a full-time, staff position based in Fresno that offers a competitive salary of $2,929.34 per month. This position is central to driving marketing, promotional, and fan engagement efforts for Fresno State Athletics. Reporting directly to the Assistant Athletics Director for Marketing and Fan Engagement, the coordinator will spearhead marketing campaigns and fan engagement strategies across multiple sports, with a special focus on assigned sports while providing support to football and men’s basketball programs.

This role involves comprehensive responsibilities including planning, creating, and implementing multifaceted marketing campaigns designed to elevate fan participation and boost ticket sales revenue. The coordinator will manage the Athletic Corporation's social media platforms and digital branding initiatives, ensuring consistent and engaging content that resonates with the campus community, students, alumni, and the larger fan base. They will also develop and execute student and campus marketing programs aimed at increasing athletic event attendance and fostering stronger connections between the university’s athletic teams and their supporters.

Key functions include conceptualizing and delivering innovative promotional initiatives that inform, excite, and engage audiences while generating increased ticket sales through single-game, group, and season ticket campaigns. The coordinator is expected to be proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, alongside software tools like Photoshop and Sound Director, to optimize marketing efforts.

The role demands creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. It requires collaboration across multiple stakeholders including faculty, staff, business partners, and the general public. Job Requirements
