The Coordinator Marketing In House plays a vital role within Hyatt Vacation Ownership's dynamic team. This position is designed to provide owners and guests with exceptional experiences and events that enhance their vacation memories. The role combines customer service, sales, and event coordination to facilitate engaging interactions that align with the company’s mission of making meaningful moments together. As a Coordinator Marketing In House, you will be responsible for scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty. Delivering top-tier service aimed at exceeding sales presentation and volume-production goals is a critical component of this role. Additionally, the coordinator ensures all attendees meet eligibility requirements and are receptive to learning about available products and services.
Beyond sales and scheduling, coordinators contribute to an elevated guest experience by welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating their needs, and fostering positive interactions with colleagues and customers alike. This position supports company standards by upholding policies and safety procedures, contributing to team goals, and acting as an ambassador of Hyatt’s brand values.
Ideal candidates are highly motivated professionals with prior sales or customer service experience who enjoy engaging directly with guests in person or over the phone. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends. Preferred candidates will have concierge or sales experience, although dedicated individuals willing to learn will also thrive. This position requires the physical ability to perform tasks such as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and standing or walking for extended periods. Background and drug screenings may be required in accordance with state and local laws.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior sales or customer service experience
- available to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
