Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event logistics or coordination preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work part-time primarily during October and November
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally non-locally
- Must be able to lift moderate weight and be on feet for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Experience in event coordination or logistics is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a fun team environment
- Basic computer skills for managing schedules and communications
- Flexibility to work during peak season (October and November)
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
Job Duties
- Assist with event logistics coordination for local and non-local corporate health fairs
- Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and setup
- Manage event materials and supplies distribution
- Support on-site event setup and breakdown
- Coordinate transportation and accommodation arrangements as needed
- Monitor event schedules and resolve any logistic issues promptly
- Maintain clear and organized documentation of event activities
