Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in event logistics or coordination preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to work part-time primarily during October and November
  • Willingness to travel locally and occasionally non-locally
  • Must be able to lift moderate weight and be on feet for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in event coordination or logistics is preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a fun team environment
  • Basic computer skills for managing schedules and communications
  • Flexibility to work during peak season (October and November)

Job Duties

  • Assist with event logistics coordination for local and non-local corporate health fairs
  • Communicate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and setup
  • Manage event materials and supplies distribution
  • Support on-site event setup and breakdown
  • Coordinate transportation and accommodation arrangements as needed
  • Monitor event schedules and resolve any logistic issues promptly
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation of event activities
