Position: Sous Chef – Employee Dining Room – MGM Springfield
About: The Employee Dining Room at MGM Resorts International provides high-quality meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of the staff. The Sous Chef position involves overseeing kitchen operations, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe working environment in a hands-on cooking role.
Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume production restaurant or similar culinary environment; prior supervisory experience as a sous chef or in a similar leadership role; Food & Beverage or culinary degree/certification from an accredited Culinary Institute; ability to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays; proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and basic office equipment; high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
