Position: Sous Chef – DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Boston Cambridge

About: Doubletree Suites by Hilton Boston Cambridge is seeking a talented Sous Chef to help lead their culinary team, reporting to the Executive Chef. The Sous Chef will be responsible for supporting outlet and banquet operations.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef; strong communication skills; expertise in ordering, inventory management, menu development, and cost control; hotel experience and banquets background preferred; ability to work full availability for both AM and PM shifts depending on business demands
