Position: Sous Chef – DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Boston Cambridge

About: Doubletree Suites by Hilton Boston Cambridge is seeking a talented Sous Chef to help lead their culinary team. The Sous Chef will report to the Executive Chef and support both outlet and banquet operations at the hotel.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef essential; strong communication skills and team accountability necessary; expertise in ordering, inventory management, menu development, and cost control required; hotel experience and union knowledge preferred
