Requirements: B.S. Food Science or related subject area; C.R.C. Certification thru Research Chef Association; Culinary degree from an accredited institution or commensurate experience in professional kitchens; Knowledge of ingredient functionality and food chemistry; Minimum 3 years of experience in food/flavor manufacturing or relatable restaurant industry experience
