Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in hotel engineering or maintenance
- universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) certification
- vocational or technical background preferred
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work overnight shifts
- physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
- knowledge of safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures
- willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- vocational or technical background preferred
- at least 2 years of hotel engineering or maintenance experience
- experience in general maintenance, surface preparation, and painting
- valid driver’s license
- universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) certification
- ability to train and mentor junior engineers
- knowledge of hotel engineering computer programs
- strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Respond to guest repair requests promptly
- communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
- perform preventive maintenance on hotel tools and equipment
- inspect and maintain machinery and building systems
- maintain inventory and requisition parts as needed
- troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- perform minor drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs
