Job Duties
- Organize, confirm, and process guest check-ins/check-outs
- Manage room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations
- Secure payment and verify/adjust billing
- Activate and file room keys
- Process guest requests and relay messages
- Print contingency lists for emergency guest records
- Identify and explain room features and hotel amenities to guests
