Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work full-time and flexible shifts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift or carry objects up to 10 pounds
  • Commitment to following company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate computer systems and handle cash transactions
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards

Job Duties

  • Organize, confirm, and process guest check-ins/check-outs
  • Manage room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations
  • Secure payment and verify/adjust billing
  • Activate and file room keys
  • Process guest requests and relay messages
  • Print contingency lists for emergency guest records
  • Identify and explain room features and hotel amenities to guests
