The compensation is competitive, offering an hourly wage of $24.21, along with the availability of DailyPay to provide employees with more immediate access to earned wages. As a Concierge Security Officer, the responsibilities extend beyond traditional guarding duties to include welcoming and assisting guests, verifying identities, managing access control, and responding swiftly to any incidents or emergencies. The job also involves regular patrols and inspection of security equipment, handling inquiries, and maintaining detailed incident reports.

This role is ideal for candidates with at least three years of experience in security, military, or law enforcement, who possess strong customer service skills, proficiency with basic phone and computer operations, and hold necessary certifications such as a Security Officer license and CPR/First Aid. GardaWorld guarantees a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, paid time off, holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options. Uniforms are provided at no extra cost, further supporting employees. This position offers a pathway to career growth within GardaWorld, which values ambition and entrepreneurial spirit in its team members, encouraging them to become ambassadors for the brand.
