Job Description
Two Coast Living is a prominent property management company specializing in managing large residential communities across various regions. As an employer, Two Coast Living is committed to providing exceptional living experiences for its residents through well-maintained properties and professional, dedicated staff. The company has a strong reputation for fostering community spirit while upholding high standards of service and operational excellence. Two Coast Living values diversity and inclusivity, ensuring that all qualified individuals are given an equal opportunity to join their team, including those with criminal histories in compliance with relevant laws and ordinances.
The Concierge Associate role at Two Coast Living is a part-time position designed to support daily operations of a large residential community's front desk during peak business hours. This role requires the associate to perform front desk agent duties that focus squarely on the needs and satisfaction of residents. Responsibilities include greeting residents and guests warmly, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and managing logistical tasks such as handling deliveries, mail, and parking. Additionally, the Concierge Associate ensures that the leasing office and communal spaces are fully operational, welcoming, and comfortable with amenities like lighting, music, and refreshments readily available. The position plays a critical role in facilitating communication between residents, the leasing team, maintenance, and vendors, ensuring smooth community operations.
The associate is expected to be actively involved in the community, staying informed about local events and conveniences to help residents connect with nearby resources. While no prior guest or customer service experience is required, Two Coast Living provides comprehensive training to bring all associates up to the company’s high standards in service delivery. This ensures that even new team members are well-prepared to contribute effectively from the outset. The role is ideal for individuals who are attentive, organized, and enjoy engaging with people in a dynamic environment.
This position requires a flexible schedule, including working Fridays, Saturdays, at least one Sunday per month, and during holidays and peak seasons. The associate must be a resident of the community they serve and is expected to work about 24 hours per week. Compensation includes paid sick leave according to state requirements and eligibility for holiday pay after 90 days of employment. The work environment is a mix of office tasks and physical responsibilities such as walking around the property, lifting light items, and handling mail and deliveries under various weather conditions.
Two Coast Living’s commitment to career development, respectful workplace culture, and community engagement makes this opportunity a fulfilling role for individuals seeking part-time employment in the hospitality and property management sector. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building community connections, and take pride in delivering outstanding resident service, the Concierge Associate role at Two Coast Living could be your ideal next career step.
