Job Requirements

  • Must be a resident of the community
  • Must work the busiest days including Fridays, Saturdays, at least one Sunday per month, and holidays
  • Must work approximately 24 hours per week including closing shifts
  • Ability to lift or move items up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, walk, and climb stairs in various weather conditions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work holidays and peak business hours
  • Ability to drive company or personal vehicle occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in hospitality, service, or commercial real estate industries preferred
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced high-volume environment
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Provide front desk agent duties during peak business hours
  • Handle resident inquiries and address questions or concerns promptly
  • Facilitate potential resident inquiries with the leasing team
  • Answer and transfer office phone calls
  • Receive and manage company and resident deliveries and mail
  • Manage resident and guest parking
  • Forward maintenance work orders promptly to the maintenance team
