Guardian Security Services is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Concierge to join their team, specifically catering to luxury communities in the Washington, DC 20008 area. This role offers an hourly pay rate of $18.50 and requires a flexible schedule that includes Friday and Saturday shifts from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, plus Sunday and Monday overnight shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The Concierge position is well-suited for an outgoing, high-energy, and driven professional with a genuine interest in problem-solving and delivering outstanding frontline service.

As a Concierge, the successful candidate will be the face of the residential community, responsible for operating the front desk efficiently, supporting residents’ needs, and managing administrative tasks such as submitting reports and maintaining logs. The role requires both strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy, including familiarity with residential management software such as Building Link, Yardi, Rent Café, and Entrata, which are preferred but not mandatory. Candidates will have prior residential concierge experience, ideally in communities with 250 or more units, demonstrating an ability to manage large-scale operations.

This role demands a professional appearance and demeanor and a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring residents feel valued and their concerns are addressed promptly.
