This position involves organizing, coordinating, and executing various resident services and programs while serving as an essential information resource for residents regarding local market amenities and resources. The role includes greeting prospects and residents in the leasing office, handling phone inquiries, managing guest suite schedules, overseeing move-in/move-out logistics, maintaining clubhouse amenities, and ensuring timely communication regarding deliveries and services. The role requires adaptability to physical demands such as standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance. Candidates must be prepared for flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties. The hourly pay for this position starts at $19.00 with opportunities for additional bonuses based on individual and company performance. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service or resident services experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and be on-call
  • Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation for rare travel to other properties as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or resident services experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of property management software is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area
  • Ensure comforts of prospects and visitors while waiting
  • Answer phone calls and route them to appropriate team members
  • Assist with service request callbacks
  • Maintain guest suite schedule and ensure cleanliness
  • Manage and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Ensure clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to opening
  • Manage all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals and services
  • Assist in scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
  • Maintain detailed local area information for residents
  • Sustain relationships with concierge vendors
