Job Description

The Ned is a distinguished global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants that foster a unique environment for like-minded individuals to connect, work, and enjoy exceptional experiences. Since its inception with The Ned London in 2017, the brand has expanded to multiple locations worldwide, with Ned's Club Washington, D.C. being its latest addition, opened in 2025. This private members' club is housed within the historic Walker Building, a neoclassical structure set in the prestigious President’s Park, mere steps from the White House. The 12-story building not only holds architectural significance but also hosts the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream, enriching the cultural fabric of the area.

Ned's Club Washington, D.C. epitomizes luxury and exclusivity, offering its Founder Members a haven where high standards of hospitality and service are paramount. As a hub for social and professional engagement, the Club delivers distinct, personalized experiences designed to elevate every visit. The role of the Founder’s Concierge is central to this mission, serving as the first point of contact for the highest tier of membership, known as Founder Members.

The Founder's Concierge is responsible for anticipating and fulfilling the needs of these esteemed members, ensuring seamless and memorable interactions throughout their time at the Club. This involves close collaboration with all club departments to facilitate reservations, events, and personalized services tailored to individual preferences. The role demands exceptional knowledge of the Club’s offerings, an authentic passion for hospitality, and the ability to make swift, well-informed decisions.

Working as part of the membership team and reporting to the Senior Founder’s Concierge, you will manage Member profiles with precision using systems such as SalesForce and OpenTable. This position requires a flexible schedule, with a focus on mid-shifts, evenings, and weekends to accommodate member availability. It offers a full-time employment opportunity with a competitive salary of up to $70,000, along with a robust benefits package.

Joining The Ned means becoming part of an esteemed community that values diversity, inclusion, and professional growth. The Ned invests in its employees through ongoing training and development initiatives, and fosters a supportive work environment recognized among the best in hospitality. Employees enjoy exclusive perks like discounted stays and dining at The Ned’s various properties, complimentary meals during shifts, comprehensive health coverage, and financial benefits like a 401k matching program.

This role is ideal for an individual with a luxury service mindset, a warm and approachable demeanor, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Being visible within the Club, maintaining high personal standards, and building genuine relationships with Founder Members are critical elements of success. If you possess strong attention to detail, are adept at using operational systems in a Windows environment, and have intermediate experience with SalesForce and OpenTable, this exciting opportunity awaits you.

Embrace the chance to enhance the experiences of an elite membership base while growing your career within a dynamic and prestigious hospitality group. Apply to become a part of The Ned’s Founder’s Concierge team and contribute to making every member’s visit extraordinary.
