We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our dynamic team at the Washington D.C. office. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role involves managing a multi-line phone system, greeting and directing visitors, scheduling conference room use, and providing essential clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate excellent business etiquette, and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.

This position is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized individual with 1 to 3 years of related experience, preferably in a legal environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn various software applications are important for success in this role. The Receptionist will support the firm’s operations by maintaining the keycard system, managing office supply inventories, and coordinating facility maintenance through vendor interaction. Special projects and additional clerical duties will also be part of the job, providing breadth and variety to the daily responsibilities.

The hourly salary for this position ranges from $27.60 to $41.50, reflecting the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
