Operating within the vibrant and diverse healthcare landscape of Virginia, Inova 360 serves individuals who seek not just medical treatment but an elevated, seamless healthcare experience that prioritizes time, accessibility, and comprehensive wellbeing. As part of the broader Inova health network, Inova 360 combines state-of-the-art medical technology with a patient-centered philosophy, ensuring superior care that fits perfectly into the busy schedules of its members. This service model is crafted to reduce the typical frustrations associated with healthcare visits, such as long wait times and difficulties in accessing specialists, by offering near immediate access to top primary care physicians available 24/7.
The role of the Primary Care provider at Inova 360 Concierge Medicine is fundamental to advancing the organization's mission of enhancing total health for its patients. This position involves delivering exceptional, personalized care that incorporates the latest diagnostic testing and laboratory services. The provider will be instrumental in coordinating with an integrated support team that includes trainers, nutritionists, and health coaches, ensuring a holistic approach to patient health that extends beyond conventional medical care. The ideal candidate will bring creativity to operational challenges, employing innovative decision-making and contingency planning to maintain seamless service delivery even in complex situations. This role not only demands clinical excellence and strong interpersonal skills but also the ability to act as a resource and mentor within the healthcare environment, supporting students and technologists in related fields.
Inova 360 is also deeply committed to the wellness of its team members, offering an array of employee benefits such as comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance; a robust wellness program; retirement plans with employer matching from day one; and substantial tuition and student loan assistance. Mental health support services are robust, extending access to counseling or therapy sessions for employees and their families at no additional cost, supporting the overall work/life balance philosophy. Paid time off and paid parental leave further emphasize the organization's dedication to maintaining a supportive and healthy workplace.
This position is flexible in terms of employment type, with opportunities available for full-time, part-time, and PRN engagements across various conveniently located facilities including Arlington, Fairfax, Leesburg, and McLean, Virginia. The role invites experienced medical professionals looking to advance their career in an innovative, patient-centric environment that values each physician’s contribution to a collaborative healthcare team. If you are passionate about providing superior primary care through a concierge model that truly values patient-provider relationships, Inova 360 presents an exceptional professional opportunity.
