Job Requirements
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication, organization, and management skills
- Highly detail-oriented and responsible
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Skilled in handling difficult situations and enforcing guidelines diplomatically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and data entry
- Ability to stand for 70 percent of the time and lift packages up to 20 lbs
- Ability to work weekends as required

Job Duties

- Respond to emergency situations by following proper protocols and contacting the appropriate services
