Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior residential concierge experience
  • Experience with 250+ units desirable
  • Experience with Building Link, Yardi, Rent Cafe, Entrata preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Knowledgeable of local area, tourist attractions, restaurants, and transportation
  • Flexible and open availability including weekends
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Exceptional attendance and punctuality
  • Successful completion of background check and reference verification

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior residential concierge experience
  • Knowledge of property management software such as Building Link, Yardi, Rent Cafe, Entrata
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge of local area and resources
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Job Duties

  • Manage front desk operations efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents
  • Maintain professional relationships with members
  • Use property management software like Building Link and Yardi
  • Prepare and submit reports and maintain logs
  • Offer information about local area, attractions, and transport
  • Handle multiple functions simultaneously with attention to detail
